You Turn: Noticing Within

Under development

As a Millennium Fellow contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, I offer creative, community-based workshops that invite you to make a “U-turn” inward.

It is a space to slow down and notice what you are thinking, feeling, and experiencing—without needing to change it. Through guided creative processes, participants explore their inner world with curiosity and bring it into form through art.

Each workshop begins with a 10-minute mindfulness practice, supporting participants to notice thoughts, feelings, sensations, memories, or images that arise. This is followed by a 30–40 minute guided creative exploration, where participants express one or more aspects of their inner experience in an accessible way.

The workshops are informed by the evidence-based Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework, while remaining accessible and non-clinical in their delivery.

We begin with noticing. From there, we externalise what’s happening inside—making the unseen visible and creating space to relate to inner experience with curiosity.

Workshops include time for optional sharing, reflection, and questions. They are designed as standalone experiences that can also function as self-care—offering space to slow down, be present, and engage with oneself in a way that feels authentic, non-clinical, and validating.
