Ways to Work With Me
Individual IFS Sessions
I’m based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, and offer online Internal Family Systems (IFS) sessions to adults across Australia and internationally.
Whether you’re new to IFS or already familiar with the model, sessions offer a space to explore your inner experiences with curiosity, compassion and without judgement.
IFS Practice Groups
Interested in exploring IFS alongside others?
I’m open to organising online practice groups based on interest. You’re welcome to get in touch if you’d like to participate in a future group.
START — Bringing IFS Into Your Sessions
START is an introductory workshop I’ve developed for practitioners who are new to Internal Family Systems (IFS) and would like to begin incorporating elements of the model into their sessions.
The workshop provides an opportunity to become more familiar with IFS concepts, explore practical applications and build confidence before beginning to use them in your work.
Interested in a future START workshop? You’re welcome to get in touch to express your interest.
Please send me a message and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible…
